Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pages (“Pages”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our websites, apps, APIs, MCP interfaces, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Pages helps independent professionals publish a profile, offer services, accept bookings, and make structured offer data available to humans and AI assistants. Features may change as we improve the product. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Keeping your password and account access secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. Notify us promptly at support@sedso.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Profiles and content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, images, services, FAQs, and similar material). You grant Pages a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service, including through public pages, APIs, and MCP endpoints for content you make public.
You represent that your content:
- Is accurate and does not mislead clients
- Does not infringe others’ rights
- Complies with applicable professional, advertising, and privacy laws
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates legal or safety risk.
5. Bookings, clients, and your practice
Pages provides scheduling and messaging tools. You are solely responsible for the services you offer, client relationships, professional licenses, confidentiality obligations, and any advice or therapy you provide. We are not a party to agreements between you and your clients unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
Clients who book through the Service should provide truthful contact details and honor confirmed appointments, subject to your own cancellation policies.
6. Agent API and MCP access
Public profile and booking interfaces may be accessed by automated agents. You agree that structured public data may be read and used to initiate bookings on behalf of end users. You must not abuse these interfaces (for example by scraping private data, bypassing rate limits, or impersonating another person or agent).
7. Payments, founding price, and refunds
Paid plans, founding-member pricing, and prepaid amounts are described at purchase time. Fees are generally non-refundable except where:
- We expressly offer a money-back guarantee (for example our 30-day launch guarantee, when applicable)
- Law requires a refund
- We cancel the Service without providing a reasonable substitute
Founding or promotional pricing remains available only while the conditions stated at purchase continue to be met (for example an uninterrupted qualifying subscription). Prices may change for new customers; we will notify existing subscribers of material billing changes in advance where required.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Harass others, spam, or send malware
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or overburden the Service
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
- Use the Service to process special-category data unlawfully
- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google Calendar, payment processors, email providers, and AI model providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
10. Intellectual property
Pages, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Service, these Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service itself.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of AI-generated suggestions, or that bookings will meet your business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pages AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Pages against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your professional services to clients, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
16. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Pages regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of assets.
