Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Pages (“Pages”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, apps, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).
Questions about privacy can be sent to support@sedso.ai.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in these categories:
- Account information. Email address, password (stored hashed), name, and appearance preferences you set in the product.
- Profile and business content. Public profile details, services, products, availability, testimonials, FAQs, photos, and other content you publish.
- Booking and messaging data. Booking requests, client contact details you or a client provide, messages exchanged through the Service, and related scheduling metadata.
- Connected calendar data. If you connect Google Calendar, we receive tokens and calendar events needed to show availability and create bookings. We do not sell calendar contents.
- Payment information. Billing details needed to process subscriptions or prepaid plans. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, approximate country (when GeoIP is configured), browser type, pages viewed, and diagnostic events that help us operate and improve the Service.
- AI assistance inputs. Text you submit to writing or enrichment features may be sent to our AI providers solely to generate the requested output.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, bookings, and messages
- Process payments and send transactional email
- Sync availability and appointments with connected calendars
- Expose structured public profile data to humans and authorized agents via our API and MCP interfaces
- Detect abuse, debug issues, and protect security
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Public profiles and agent access
Content you mark as public on your Pages profile is visible on the open web and may be retrieved through our JSON API and MCP server so AI assistants can discover your services and start bookings on a client’s behalf. Do not publish information you are not comfortable making public.
Private account settings, passwords, calendar OAuth tokens, and non-public inbox content are not exposed through those public interfaces.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI providers acting on our instructions.
- Other users and visitors — public profile content and booking details you choose to exchange with clients.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect Pages, users, or the public from harm or abuse.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer subject to this policy’s protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar storage (for example an auth token and appearance preferences) so you can stay signed in and so the Service remembers your settings. These are required for core functionality rather than advertising.
7. Data retention
We keep account and profile data while your account is active. We may retain logs, backups, and records for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your login credentials private.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access or export personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
You can update most profile and account settings in the product. For deletion or other requests, email support@sedso.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
11. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. When we do, we take steps designed to protect the information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@sedso.ai.
